The access challenge
This residential project required a safe working platform along the roofline while accounting for the conservatory directly below part of the work area. The scaffold had to provide useful access for the roofing work without treating the property as a simple, unobstructed elevation.

Our team installed a tube-and-fitting scaffold configured around the rear elevation, with boarded platforms positioned at the working height. The arrangement created stable access to the roof while accommodating the existing conservatory and the property’s layout.
