James Brown

James Brown has more than 15 years of scaffolding experience, including seven years as an Advanced Scaffolder and one year in contracts management. He specialises in complex structures, temporary roofs and safety-critical projects, taking a practical, hands-on approach to planning, problem-solving and professional site delivery.

Qualifications: Advanced CISRS Scaffolder, SSSTS, HGV, forklift, First Aid, GOTCHA rescue, harness inspection and Transport Management. James also supports the planning and coordination of complex projects, helping maintain high standards across every Invictus site.

Terry Axton

Terry Axton has more than 12 years of scaffolding experience, including five years as an Advanced Scaffolder. He specialises in complex access, temporary roofs and safety-critical projects, with a hands-on approach to planning, problem-solving and professional site delivery.

Qualifications: Advanced CISRS Scaffolder, HGV, forklift and First Aid. Terry also leads and mentors developing scaffolders, helping maintain consistent standards across the Invictus teams.
