Jame’s is a highly experienced scaffolding professional with over 15 years in the industry. He has spent the last seven years working as an Advanced Scaffolder, gaining extensive hands-on expertise across a wide range of projects, from standard access scaffolds to highly complex structures.He holds an HGV licence, SSSTS certification, a forklift licence, first aid certification, and GOTCHA rescue training for recovering scaffolders from their harnesses. He is also qualified to inspect and check harnesses, ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained on site. In addition, he possesses a Transport Management qualification and has spent a year working as a Scaffolding Contracts Manager, providing him with strong experience in planning, logistics, and project delivery.James has a genuine passion for erecting intricate and technically demanding scaffolds, where meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving are essential. This expertise was recognised when he received a certificate from Aspire KBR for successfully completing a major temporary roof project for the Ministry of Defence.He takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality scaffolding solutions and brings a strong work ethic, leadership, and unwavering commitment to safety to every project he undertakes.

Terry Axton

Terry Axton is an experienced scaffolding professional with just over 12 years in the industry, including five years as an Advanced Scaffolder. Throughout his career, he has overseen a diverse range of projects, from temporary roof structures to complex, high-risk works on Ministry of Defence sites.He holds an HGV licence, a forklift licence, and First Aid training, which enable him to support projects efficiently and maintain a strong, hands-on presence on site.His true passion lies in complex scaffold design and challenging projects, where he excels at problem-solving and delivering safe, practical access solutions that demand experience and meticulous attention to detail. Health and safety remain central to his approach, with all works planned and executed in strict accordance with TG20 guidance, backed by comprehensive risk assessments and method statements.He firmly believes a team is only as strong as its members. Axton takes pride in leading by example, mentoring apprentices, and developing scaffolders to a high professional standard. Watching individuals grow in confidence and capability is one of the most rewarding aspects of his role.Outside of work, he is a devoted family man, and this same sense of responsibility extends into his professional life—ensuring every project is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest possible standard.
